MySQL (backtick quoting), PostgreSQL, SQLite (double-quote quoting) and SQL Server (bracket quoting). Column types are inferred as INTEGER, REAL or TEXT.
How are empty values handled?
Empty cells and null values are exported as NULL in the SQL output.
